All purchases made from H2 by Huma are considered final and non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges if an incorrect size has been delivered. However, customized products are not eligible for exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
Exchanges are permissible only in cases of defects, mistakes, or quality issues with the product.
Exclusions for Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless an incorrect order was delivered.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for bearing the DHL shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Notification Period:
Any requests for exchanges must be made within one week of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
International Orders:
For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency, H2 by Huma will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Variation in Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges may vary based on the type of products ordered and the selected delivery location. These charges are non-refundable.
Customs and Duties Responsibility:
H2 by Huma holds no responsibility for any additional charges such as customs duties imposed by local authorities or governments for orders outside of Pakistan. Customers are solely responsible for bearing any incurred customs charges.
Governing Law
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
